The list has been released! Following the announcement of Outlet Collection Winnipeg being built within the northwest quadrant of Kenaston Boulevard and Sterling Lyon Parkway that is set to open in May 2017. The list of stores opening at the Outlet Collection of Winnipeg has also been revealed.
Ivanhoé Cambridge, a global real estate company and its partners Harvard Development and Forster Projects are the companies behind this $200-million project. Ivanhoé Cambridge opened its first Outlet Collection in Niagara in May 2014 while a third outlet centre is planned to open at Edmonton International Airport in 2017.
The construction work for Outlet Collection Winnipeg in its 117-acre site was officially launched in September 25, 2015. This outlet centre will be Manitoba’s first pure outlet shopping destination and will offer more than 400,000 sq. ft. of shopping centre with over 100 popular outlet brands. The massive centre will have a food court on the north side of the mall and a Porsche and Audi dealerships along with a hotel.

In December 4th, Saks Fifth Avenue’s OFF 5TH discount store, an American department store chain owned by the Canadian retailer, Hudson’s Bay Company was announced to be one of the major tenants in Outlets Collection of Winnipeg.
Other stores set to be part of this outlet centre and are new to Winnipeg are Brooks Brothers, Corning Ware, Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW), Gerry Weber, Calvin Klein, Oakley, Jack & Jones, Lacoste and J. Crew.
