2017 Parents and Grandparents Program (PGP) re-opens January 3, 2017
As announced by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) on December 14, 2016, a qualified Canadian citizen or permanent resident who wants to sponsor your parents or grandparents, you apply completing an online form and submitting it to IRCC.
